The Roofing Company North West Ltd provides unrivalled commercial and domestic roofing services, to our clients across Rochdale and the North West of England. We are a family run SME roofing business who cover flat roofing, pitched roofing, lead works, roof remedial repairs, drone surveys and roof conservation works.
Our company covers all aspects of reactive and planned roofing works. We are accustomed to working to deadlines and offer a service guarantee that ensures responses to emergency calls within 24 hours. We also meet SLA's from as little as 4 hours, for properties where a visit is vital for the safety of the public or tenants.

ROOFING SERVICES
HEALTH & SAFETY
The Roofing Company North West are both CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) accredited and CORC (Confederation of Roofing Contractors) registered, ensuring we adhere to all Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.
All our roofing operatives and supervisors attend training to keep up to date with the latest Health & Safety regulations. Training courses staff have attended include: Working at Height, Asbestos Awareness, PASMA and IPAF.
We are regularly upskilling our operatives to maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety on site(s).
Site specific RAMS and COSHH assessments are made available for each project we undertake.
TRAINING
We have a rolling commitment in place with SIMIAN, to ensure a high standard of workmanship is achieved continuously.
All of our operatives are accredited with NVQ's in their field of expertise, or are working towards this through their apprenticeship. We aim to continue this commitment, in order to provide opportunities for fresh talent to join our business.
Four of our operatives are due to complete a roof slating and tiling apprenticeship this year and we have an additional six full-time apprentices enrolled to start their slating and tiling/flat roofing apprenticeships in September this year. They will work on-site under our supervision, alongside attending SIMIAN college.
Earlier this year, 2 of our operatives were shortlisted to take part in the Skill Build 2025 Regional Qualifiers, for the Apprentice of the Year Competition. They placed 2nd and 3rd within their cohort and presented their skills to a brilliant standard.
SERVICES
Our operatives are highly experienced and between the team there is a diverse wealth of knowledge, expertise and skills, covering all aspects of roofing.
The operatives work in teams of 2-3 and their unique specialities are matched to the job in hand. As we deliver a full service, we work closely with general builders and bricklayers, who are always on hand to support with structural damage and rectify internal damage caused by leaks such as plastering works.
SURVEYORS
We have three surveyors who are able to guarantee all quote requests are returned within 48hrs frmo instruction.
We also offer drone surveys for those difficult to access jobs. This can be a cost effective way of highlighting potential problems, without the cost of a fixed scaffold.
We have a further 2 vehicles available with two operators, as well as a waste carrier licence.
OUR FLEET
We currently have 17 teams servicing the north west and beyond, which allows for us to potentially respond to 65-75 reactive orders per day, depending on the scale of the issues (s).
All of our vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly, with many of them being new vans - ensuring transport is never an issue. They are also fitted with RAM Tracking software, enabling us to provide live updates on arrival times.

OFFICE STAFF
We have 7 members of our team available 5 days a week and always have one member of staff available at the weekend and out of hours. Our office staff are on hand to ensure jobs are booked in, clients remain informed and work is carried out efficiently. They are also able to consistently update our clients' portals daily.
Our office team consists of Contacts Managers, Account Managers, a Health, Safety & Compliance Officer and Planners.

From enquiry through to invoice, Joblogic is integral throughout every aspect. The system is used by both our office staff and our on-site engineers, ensuring each job runs as smoothly as possible.
