WELCOME
The Roofing Company North West LTD is a family run roofing business, directed by Luke Munro.
We are based in Rochdale, Greater Manchester and cover all aspects of roofing works for the North West region and beyond.
Our specialist roofing employees have been in the industry for over 10 years.

SERVICES
Our operatives are highly experienced and between the team there is a diverse wealth of knowledge, expertise and skills, covering all aspects of roofing.
​
The operatives work in teams of 2-3 and their unique specialities are matched to the job in hand. As we deliver a full service, we work closely with general builders and bricklayers, who are always on hand to support with structural damage and rectify internal damage caused by leaks such as plastering works.

SURVEYORS
We have three surveyors who are able to guarantee all quote requests are returned within 48hrs from instruction.

We also offer drone surveys for those difficult to access jobs. This can be a cost effective way of highlighting potential problems, without the cost of a fixed scaffold.

We have a further 2 vehicles available with two operators, as well as a waste carrier licence.

OUR FLEET
We currently have 17 teams servicing the north west and beyond, which allows for us to potentially respond to 65-75 reactive orders per day, depending on the scale of the issues (s).

All of our vehicles are maintained and serviced regularly, with many of them being new vans - ensuring transport is never an issue. They are also fitted with RAM Tracking software, enabling us to provide live updates on arrival times

OFFICE STAFF
We have 7 members of our team available 5 days a week and always have one member of staff available at the weekend and out of hours. Our office staff are on hand to ensure jobs are booked in, clients remain informed and work is carried out efficiently. They are also able to consistently update our clients' portals daily.

Our office team consists of Contacts Managers, Account Managers, a Health, Safety & Compliance Officer and Planners.

LATEST TECHNOLOGY
Joblogic is our in-house service management software that helps set us apart from the rest.
​
From enquiry through to invoice, Joblogic is integral throughout every aspect. The system is used by both our office staff and our on-site engineers, ensuring each job runs as smoothly as possible.

The system also provides up-to-date information for our clients, automatic updates and project reports for project completion.
